mediocre food. Pizza is a bit tough for my liking.

Male server with glasses is full of attitude. We were rushed through our meals ....extremely rude. reply to the owner-

I am a regular visitor to Italy. and having recently just spend 1 month in Italy in Feb (Roma and Firenze) i am quite familiar with Napoli style pizza. In fact, its funny you mentioned that, because i have tried some of the best in Naples... including Da Michele in Naples (Da Michele has opened up another location in Firenze which was also good but not as good as the one in Naples). The dough was the best i ever had (making a good dough is harder than most people think). On the other hand, the pizzas that i had @ a Mano (visited 3 times in total), were quite honestly, just okay (and on the expensive side). Strong 5 stars for food. This place knows how to do olive oil properly.

Pizza Bianca: Maialona - awesomely oiled with the salami and ham you should be expecting in every proper pizzeria. Lighted up with truffle pesto is brilliant!

Braciola Farcita - you know the taste is right when it’s fresh, but they brought it to another level so you’d understand that there’s plenty of ways to demonstrate what a meatloaf is. They showed off their expertise on spices and oil once again on the sides - baked potato and grilled garlic.

Hazelnut White Chocolate Gelato - yes you know hazelnut goes with chocolate. Yet how many people truly understand when you only use pure hazelnut without flavour enhancement? They also got proper machinery to make smooth Gelato. Go for it!

Overall great food, nice vibe, pairing wine...

Been told about this place for awhile but never got around to check it out. Finally did and it hit the spot. We basically ordered whatever the waiter recommended and he knew what he was doing. The calamari, the burrata, arugula, and salami pizza, and ragu pasta. Fantastic! A little too much for two of us but we still managed to clean the plates. Will have to come back again to check out rest of their menu. But a very satisfying start!

Btw, took us 20 mins to find parking in that area so take the heed...
