called 6 to 7 times to order coffee but no one picked up . Extremely disorganized and employees don't direct customers to line up correctly. Right lane is for ordering but left lane is supposed to be for internet and call in orders but not that way. everything is mixed up and confusing. btw, big backer of Louisa branded coffee but this branch has big issues. Need Louisa corporate management to visit the store to fix the...

點了20幾杯飲料，每一杯都只有六分滿，有些甚至不到半杯，回覆給客服，就只回覆說，因為沒有馬上喝，容易消泡不滿杯，消泡不滿杯ok可以接受，但你消完泡就只剩六分滿，你到底是在講什麼鬼話啊？？？完全無法接受 是在賣泡還是賣咖啡？？？出餐前都不用檢查嗎？？？google評論上也一堆人在反應，真的當消費者的錢好騙欸！會不會太扯？？？ 然後當天用線上點餐，店家餐點準備好了也沒有通知，網站上也一直看不到我的取餐編號，還要再打電話到店家去問，才跟我說已經做好了，阿你們的飲料怕沒有馬上喝會消泡不滿杯，做好了怎麼不馬上通知客人？？？話都你們在講？！
