摩斯漢堡 八德介壽店 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

After waiting 15 minutes for a take out order, my 5 year old was thirsty. We waited in line and after the couple in front of us paid the lady behind the counter turned around and was doing other things. We had the water on the counter and the money in my hand. Instead of helping us the lady turned to the guy behind us and looked at the order he had done online. I left the money on the counter. Is this really how you treat children here? After that the lady was obviously upset with me and asked to see our order number. She told us it would be another 15 minutes so a total of 30 minutes for "fast food"...

在安心取買了很多杯紅茶，下班想喝就換很方便也不貴， 以往常遇到的晚班妹妹很親切，謝謝她平時的貼心服務☺️

但今天遇到的是位不常在晚班看到的店員先生， 通常我都選取完數量+準備好條碼才靠近櫃檯， 同時說明是要用兌換券兌換兩杯無糖紅茶， 他操作了pos機後請我掃描條碼， 掃描後跟我確認數量是一杯嗎， 當下表達了自己確實是有選取到2這個數字， 對方回覆他那邊只看到一杯的數量， 想想也是有自己操作失誤的可能， 詢問了是再補一杯的條碼就好嗎，有獲得他肯定的答案， 補掃完條碼同時考量到今日天氣較冷，於是請店員麻煩不要另外加冰塊了， 之後我就移動到旁邊等候領餐， 此時店員先生說了聲抱歉， 並說明其實我第一次掃條碼就是兩杯沒錯，是他看錯了， okay沒問題，當下我正確認app能否看到我兌換的紀錄（怕多扣少扣都會造成彼此困擾）所以並沒有留意飲料的製作過程， 等到被詢問飲料是否需要袋子時我才抬起頭應答， 領餐櫃檯有很多杯飲料的樣子，看著店員忙碌地裝袋後把其中一袋交給了我， 結果返家後打開紙袋拿出飲料， 是裝有滿滿冰塊的有糖紅茶兩杯......🥲， 對喝慣無糖的人來說正常紅茶真的好甜喔......🥲。

想想可能是店員先生拿錯袋給我了， 也或是他今日遇到了什麼不順心的事， 人難免都會有狀況不好的時候，祝福他關關難過關關過（？）， 但這杯紅茶讓我糖分攝取量太高了也有點小不開心（而且喝完真的好冷）， 請原諒我打上了整個故事讓我洩洩氣， 順便保佑未來大家都可以拿到...
