希望貴店SOP可以做足，缺料能理解，但沒有打電話告知真的很不OK，直接取消也沒有讓我們選擇的權利，還要由我們打電話詢問。 電話中店員提到有無需要選兩杯再送過來，那是不是當下缺料就應該告知，而不是我們主動打電話才給出這個選項。 另外店員當時有向外送員提到後台顯示就是3杯，因外送員的訂單是5杯只做好3杯不敢拿，但我們拿到的發票和明細是5杯的價格，要記得退換貨欸
