I had the pickled napa hotpot with lamb (extra meat), which cost NTD219. The hotpot quality and portion size was decent for the price and represents good value. But it is nothing special. The sauce selection is a bit lacking, but the drink selection is pretty good. The dessert selection is just ice cream, including soft serve.
As far as service goes, the restaurant needs to improve as some of the hard ice creams were basically finished but not refilled. The fresh garlic had also basically run out as well. Also, they don't clear your used dishes and cups, which is not very good when there is limited space. They also need more napkin dispensers, and some proper bathroom paper towels for drying your hands.

Read more昨天中午去吃了一家「平價火鍋」,結果直接拉了七、八次,腸胃像坐雲霄飛車一樣翻騰。當下還以為是自己體質有問題,結果回家一查 Google 評價,差點沒傻眼——這間店居然有 4.7 顆星?一堆五星好評好得不真實,簡直像活在另一個平行時空。 再看店家對留言的回覆內容,更加坐實了他們的「用心程度」:全部都是千篇一律的罐頭回文,像是機器人在自動回應,完全沒有針對任何顧客問題實質處理。難怪這間店的評分可以維持得這麼「穩定」。我想我都比店長還用心,努力看完全部的評論。既然如此,就讓我來幫各位回憶一下什麼是「校正回歸」,還原一下這間火鍋店的真實評論。 故事是這樣的—— 我們點了兩鍋:麻奶鍋和咖哩鍋。麻奶鍋在煮的時候,鍋裡出現了一根大約 30mm 的毛髮,當場胃口掉了半截。雖然覺得很不妙,但也想說餐飲業多少會有這種狀況,就勉強忍下來,夾掉繼續煮。 兩鍋湯煮開後,看起來湯色濃郁,跟菜單名稱也都對得上,乍看之下還挺有期待感。結果第一口一喝,才是真正的災難開始。 麻奶鍋完全沒有「麻」的香氣,也沒有「奶」的滑順感,整鍋就是鹽水味道。 而咖哩鍋呢?看起來跟一般咖哩鍋無異,但重點是——味道跟麻奶鍋幾乎一模一樣,同樣鹹得讓人想直接洗腎。如果矇眼盲測,應該喝不出差別。怎麼能把湯頭視覺做得這麼像,真心好奇種技術如何做到的! 我自己是沒有辦法把正常鹽水煮到視覺外觀跟麻奶鍋還有咖哩鍋一樣,這簡直是神乎其技! 再來說說配餐。白飯口感偏糊,雖然還沒到變成粥,但明顯煮過頭。配上那一坨不知所云的滷汁,吃起來味道像是廉價醬油膏加水亂攪一通,吃完只想立刻灌水漱口。 飲料則是標準的「過度稀釋」,味道淡到像喝到殘影,只留下些許甜味殘留在舌頭上。 冰品就更不用期待了,味道普通、種類少,當成收尾的期待完全落空。 依照店家過往回覆其他人的罐頭風格,大概也不會有什麼差別,最多就是套一句:「感謝您的寶貴意見,我們會努力改進」,然後就沒有然後了。...
