難得想喝飲料，卻被打壞心情⋯ 結帳也不會說謝謝、拿飲料也不會說謝謝，這應該不用老闆教吧？基本禮儀都不懂，做什麼服務業？

點餐的時候只會重複一直問要喝什麼，看到客人猶豫不會主動推薦，或者詢問客人想喝什麼類型的嗎？

看到貼紙只標示微冰，卻沒標示甜度？所以請問是冬瓜系列甜度都是固定嗎？如果是的話，點餐的時候也沒有主動告知，我說半糖時，還是沒有告知，是有沒有這麼懶？

什麼都要省略？能簡短就盡量簡短，能少說一點話就盡量少說，能少做一點事就盡量少做，能偷懶就盡量偷懶？

枉費老闆精心研究的茶飲、質感的門面、貼心的充電服務；在那邊想拍個照，一直盯著人看，想說妳是要等我走，想要跟我說謝謝拜拜嗎？也沒有啊！怎麼？還是怕...
