茉莉花園caf’e總店 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

This was our worst experience in a cafe ever.

We went to this cafe in the afternoon. It was about to rain, so the cafe was a bit dark inside. We tied up the curtain near us to let in more light.

After other customers left, the owner came and asked if we had tied up the curtain. She told us we shouldn't do that because it was the wrong way. We apologized, explaining that we didn't know, and she wasn't there at the time.

But then she said, "Is there anything wrong with what I said? If you visit someone's house and touch their things without permission, it's impolite."

She spoke to us like she was scolding us, even though we had already apologized. First, we had already said sorry. Second, the curtain couldn't be tied up properly because it was poorly designed, and there was no sign saying we couldn't touch it. Third, the way she spoke made us feel disrespected. If we weren't foreigners, would she have spoken so harshly?

Later, her friends came over and were very loud. When we left, they suddenly stop talking, no one even said goodbye. We felt discriminated against and looked down upon.

Lack of patience, we had to call many times just to confirm a reservation, spent 20 minutes calling just to confirm seats. We were asked to preorder food on the phone and look on the website for any simple questions we asked. We can understand being understaffed, all we wanted is to confirm the outdoor seating for the visit, we even tried preorder and cancelled with two minutes since they still didn't confirm what type of seating we were getting. 環境： 優- 姐弟親手打造的戶外咖啡廳，闆娘很愛露營，喜歡露營或各種植物的人一定會很愛！廁所乾淨有植物佈置 缺- 店在馬路旁有車聲，這部分因人而異囉

座位：適合2-4人，有吧台、庭院小圓木桌、帳篷桌、植栽室內座位、小車裡有沙發，戶外庭院中間有較大空間大概ㄧ桌5-6人，不太適合併桌，如果6人以上需拆桌坐哦（我們10人坐戶外的四個小桌，位子都蠻近的～走走欣賞植物很讚！
