A delightful teppanyaki experience, great for special occasions!
I ordered the 新香榭套餐 with 嫩煎松露菲力 as the main course. The meat was so tender and flavorful. It is delicious on its own, but its also complimented nicely by the truffle sauce and garlic chips. Other standout dishes were the 檸檬奶油鮮蝦&松露蒸蛋, 鹽之花焦糖布蕾, and 接骨木葡萄氣泡飲. The sauce that comes with the bread was also very tangy and delicious. All the other dishes were pretty good as well, though less memorable. You also don't have to worry about walking away hungry since they offer additional bread and fried rice.
The service was also mostly spectacular. The chef prepares most of the meals in front of you. If someone at your table orders the duck breast, there is also a flambé demonstration. The servers come by and refill your drinks quite often. Since we were here to celebrate a birthday, they gave as a complimentary brownie and photo as well. It did feel a little weird to get up and have desserts/drinks on a different floor, but I suppose it is a better area to chat and unwind after the meal.
Overall, this is a good restaurant for special occasions. The meals are a little pricey, but the food and service makes...

Read moreDespite being a french restaurant, the dishes served are not french. The main menu does not have vegetarian or vegan options and the ordered drinks come at the end. When we asked for beer options, they showed us two and served them in a glass without us seeing it. Wines can only be purchased by the bottle, meaning there is no option by the glass. A rice with shrimp was served which was tasteless. Most of the options served almost cold. The dessert that was supposed to be sweet, was more salty than sweet. To eat dessert they asked everyone to change floors and tables (I've never seen that...
