The clerk is super slow and has a bad attitude! Every time the people are coming they asked to wait for a long time, we wait for 40mins do you believe it!!!! We already order our food and waited for so long but they choose to prepare 1st the food of take out. 10/7更新 肯德基賠漢堡給我了😭❤️ 不知道是老闆還是店長人挺好的 很客氣的解決問題 還讓我下次少東西還可以直接打電話跟她說 他會關注問題 然後他說平台那邊沒辦法 退錢只能按比例算 真的不想單品退錢的話可以申請整單退 缺品項問題有在教育員工 已經在試圖解決了 然後客訴電話比寫信好 電話比較快 會直接溝通 ----- 原文 不開心 叫了熊熊貓買闇黑魚子海陸Q蝦堡 送來結果 沒有漢堡 我好想吃新品 打電話給肯德基他說熊貓的我們不補送 只能跟熊貓平台申訴 結果跟熊貓平台說了以後 原價163的漢堡 肯德基系統設定只會退104 好爛 為什麼要少放漢堡在外賣紙袋裡 還不負責任 渣店 #不愛了 #心好痛 #我要餓死 你少放薯條或是蛋塔我還能接受 但為什麼是漢堡 我的漢堡在哪裡 我的快樂又再哪裡 我好餓好餓好餓 又好難過 誰來還我漢堡😭😭😭 爛肯德基 爛 之前還少過幾次蛋塔😭

這是我久違的再度踏進這分店 由於第一次去的經驗不是很好 明明沒什麼人等餐卻等很久 甚至資深員工發現新進員工都不會的情況下 直接在我眼前開始員工訓練集體教學欸😃 不是應該先趕快出餐嗎！ 這次第二次去明明客人也是沒有很多 等了十分鐘我看他只出了三個單子 （這效率差到不行 建議可以去旁邊的麥當勞看看別人的效率😌 重點是當下我發現app沒選到蛋撻我現場補點一個 其他餐點都備好了就差蛋撻 我的餐點就放在櫃檯又等了有五分鐘…我忍不住問請問蛋撻還需要多久 得到回覆是要按照出餐順序（ok這我能理解那你可以先給我餐點啊！我的食物就晾在那漸漸冷掉… 最後我先拿走餐點慢慢等待蛋撻 我都吃到一半了還是沒看見我的蛋撻 又問店員 店員回我咦剛剛沒給你嗎 ？？？ 最後才補一個給我… 這裡的員工感覺每個都好忙好忙但也不知道在瞎忙什麼出餐也沒比較快 一樣的時間麥當勞可能已經出餐十個肯德基才三個🙃
