Great iced coffee! Gotta order the one served in Phin filter, they offer to add hot water after, so that you can have black coffee as an extra. Fried spring roll was so good too! Sandwich was alright, meat portion could be more generous. Pho was mediocre though, beef was already cooked, no fresh lime slices. They provide bottled extract at the condiment bar, which gives the sourness but not the fragrance of fresh lime. Nice decor, but do not expect much for service.. Would still come back for...

1.今天去店內有先致電詢問有沒有位子，店家回覆有以現場狀況為主，不保留訂位，我們到了以後就看到外面有外送掃碼，那就自然的往裡面走，走進去看到一個牌子寫拿菜單座位掃碼，裡面也有空位我們就自然的向內找位子，結果被店員講說要填預約表請我們現在外面等，我們表示你們指引寫拿菜單掃碼桌子，你們也沒人來接待，店家就回應我們很忙 你們忙我能理解，店家的接待指引流程覺得問題蠻大的 你內用要填表單什麼的都沒差，但你要做好引導啊 放在裡面又寫拿菜單跟掃碼桌上條碼點餐 又沒有人出來接待客人 所以這點我覺得是需要改進的 可以把菜單跟指引流程放在外面並寫清楚要填表單 畢竟你們外面植物都堆這麼多了 應該把內用的資料放在外面是不影響的

2.再過來是我們在吧檯區坐位的部分 空間配置有點太擁擠 椅子的質量比較沒這麼好重量偏輕 重點是沒有設置一個能夠放置腳的平台或橫桿 導致需要腳一直勾在椅子上 導致不是很舒服 這不知道是有沒有請設計師規劃還是自己設計的 如果是設計師規劃那設計師遺漏這個大扣分 但如果自己設計就是沒有實際的去為客戶體驗著想...
