the xiaolongbao are good here. value proposition is quite high at six not small pieces for TWD 55.

the skin was quite thin and they were made by hand. the inside was quite juicy although it was clear that the meat filling was not made from lean pork.

the flavor profile was good but could have been better with more variety of flavor aspects; one could only taste seasoned somewhat fatty pork. the addition of chives, leeks, garlic, onions, shallots, into the filling mixture would probably have made it better....

Excellent meat soup dumplings you must give it a try!! It cost NT$70 per box and there were 6 pieces in it. Each dumpling was pretty big and juicy. Even female can finish one box by herself. The sauce and green onions were self-service. Recommended to add some chili oil. It was awesome! A lot of people queuing up on weekdays but do not wait too long. Reasonable price and great service.
