I had the honor of being invited to a dinner party at Boss Fan Hakka restaurant in Toufen City, Miaoli County. Despite my initial perception of Hakka food being bland, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of dishes offered at this establishment.

Here are some of the highlights of my experience: Cozy Atmosphere: The restaurant is tastefully decorated and pristine, giving off a vibe of fine dining that is different from what one would expect from a "Hakka" restaurant. Top-Quality Dishes: The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, from traditional basic Hakka dishes to luxurious dishes made with the best quality and artistic presentation in every single dish. The owner, Vince, is creative and makes a fusion between Hakka food and the artistic taste and presentation in French style, which is fantastic. Great Service: The staff are courteous and professional, and the owner, Vince, is a great gentleman who is professional and cordial. Signature Tea: The restaurant's special tea is absolutely refreshing and is a must-try. Although I don't know the name, I'm sure the staff would be happy to offer it.
