McDonald's Jingmei Branch — Restaurant in Wenshan District

This McD has been around for 25+ years, so renovation is greatly needed. On the plus side, the breakfast food was decent and seemed bigger and tastier than the same menu items in the US. And of course, a LOT cheaper than in the US. The hash brown patty was crispy just the way I like it. The orange juice was from freshly squeezed Taiwan oranges and tasted lighter and better. The latte was okay, but not as good as those from 7/11. The upstairs eating area overlooking the park was large and mostly clean except the windows needed a real good cleaning. With a nice view along with freshly made breakfast sandwiches, our dining experience was quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly and efficient, better than your typical McD in the US. Other than needing some deep cleaning and new exterior paint, this could be a real nice McD.

Note: it has access to the bathroom at the grocery store next to it, but it only opens when the grocery store is open. Also, when ordering you can pick the sandwich and sides plus an optional drink, which is different in the US as you just order a combo meal and asked for substitutions if needed. Finally, ApplyPay was accepted here...

非常掉漆的麥當勞分店,參加這間麥當勞的萬聖節活動,預繳繳報名費時,一問三不知,一個店員問過一個,等一段時間後,到最後只隨便在紙上留姓名,就收了報名費. 到了活動當天,到了現場,完全沒有辦活動的感覺,沒任何指示,沒有場地,後來只好問點餐櫃檯的人員,然後又是不知道情況,又去問另一個,後來出來一位女的穿咖啡色的類似主管的人員,我又在問一次,竟然回我,我們店沒有辦活動喔!,我只好把通知簡訊秀給他們看,而且說明我的報名費也是在這間店已預先被收取了,然後這位人員不知道是沒聽我說話還是怎樣,竟然又打收銀機要跟我收報名費...,後來我又在說一次,我已經繳費了！我只是要問,活動是在那裡進行,結果又是叫我等一下,接著才又出來一位xx姐姐的,拿著活動的材料帶我上樓找空位,做活動... 此位姐姐說,因為早上有人打電話取消,所以就.....(無言),後來黏了一頂帽子. 在來是吃餐點(次活動包含自費吃餐點),餐來了,小孩吃一吃,跟我反應柳橙汁很怪,我喝一口,跟本是原本柳橙汁加很多水的感覺,後來又在去反應,才換了正常的柳橙汁來... 然後整個活動不像活動,沒什麼開始,也沒規劃場地,餐點也出問題,整個就草草結束了... 帶活動的姐姐態度不錯,雖然活動規劃安排很掉漆,但她還是盡量有跟小孩子互動,折汽球和送小孩吃冰淇淋!,評2顆星有一顆是給這位帶活動的姐姐...
