I regret having to give a bad review but I won't give a 1-star review because the business owner has to survive as well. I feel it’s important to protect future customers. As a former business owner, I understand how hard it is to receive negative feedback, but changes are necessary if this restaurant wants to succeed. Food quality and cleanliness are basic standards that must be met. Unfortunately, my daughter experienced severe diarrhea after eating here, and the rest of us didn’t feel well either. Here's a breakdown of our experience:

The restaurant wasn’t busy, which surprised us since it used to have great food two years ago under the previous owner.

Cooked food wasn’t replenished promptly; every time we went to get some, it was empty.

They’ve added new desserts, but they were disappointing. The brown sugar mochi, in particular, tasted bad and wasn’t chewy at all.

The beef was of lower quality compared to before.

The shrimp was powdery and didn’t taste fresh.

We had to request the charcoal to be changed twice.

Overall, the food selection was limited, and everything felt mediocre.

This shop should report to health bureau POOR SANITY ! So DIRTY AND DISGUSTING WE HAVE DIARRHEA AND HOSPITALIZE AFTER⚠️⚠️ 🤮EATING HERE! Do not eat here for awareness ‼️ The area is not that clean foods are exposed with flies without cover or anything. The drinks are disgusting it is filled with a big pan without cover too you need to pour it on your cup. There are ice cream at the fridge treats for dessert it was all melted. Really disgusting the place is so dirty too you really need to watch out your food and cleanliness. We end up here at the hospital expecting to enjoy and to have fun. I have seen other reviews here with the same case we both have diarrhea after we went here my husband had the worst inflammation due to food poisoning so we rushed to the hospital for emergency please be mindful with your costumers health don’t just think about the your profit...
