Very affordable price with really high quality of food! The ingredients are fresh and the seasoning was delicate as well. You can tell the owner do spend lots of efforts on what they serve. Superb!!!

非常新鮮、美味，而且價位實在實惠到我用完餐感到十分的訝異，滿足度一百分呀！ 今天點了「綜合生魚片壽司7貫」以及「照燒魚肚定食」，定食裡的配菜有：與魚骨一起煮出的味噌豆腐湯、茶碗蒸、醃漬蔬菜、炸魚兩尾，每一樣都好吃！ 生魚片新鮮甘甜、壽司飯調味與口感都很棒。 照燒魚肚完全吃得到照燒醬的舒服平衡鹹甜， 而且，魚肚絲毫沒有任何一絲絲的魚腥味（一般市面上外面賣的照燒魚肚都常常有魚腥味，因此我實在為此感到非常驚艷！）。 從踏入店門到離開店門，沒有一刻是不滿意。 洺町和風美食，若用三句話做首次到訪的結語；親切的招呼，食材的新鮮，師父的用心。 由於是在接近營業時間尾聲前往用餐，因此結帳時才敢與闆娘聊上幾句，（平時若想與店家聊上幾句，總會擔心耽誤店家的工作。）讓我這位首次造訪的小食客有機會多多瞭解這間日式料理餐館的歷史與用心。 經營了23個年頭，老闆每天都前往基隆崁仔頂親自帶回完整漁獲與魚體食材，親手從頭到尾地處理食材。希望可以常常造訪，試遍所有的菜色與料理，尤其店內與青農合作食材而誕生的菜餚，以及無菜單料理，更讓我萬分期待！ 感謝本日的招待與服務， 謝謝洺町，祝生意興隆，日日喜樂。
