"Who knew Sous Vide could be so good 🤤

On my deliveries. The owner was having her Cherry Blossom duck set meal. It looked so appetizing. Ordered it as I waited.

It tasted like gammon: juicy, flavourful with strong umami overtones. It paired well with their original Chilli sauce. The mustard was too sweet (to owner: I recommend Dijon Mustard, stronger & tangier but less sweet). Soup was good, you can taste the pumpkin in their pumpkin corn soup. Consistency was just right and had veggies in always good for healthy soup (you can take as much as you want)😳.

The atmosphere and service is great. I will definitely want to go back for the full experience. I will provide a better review once I try a full set.

This is by far the best health food restaurant I’ve been to. As someone interested in health and fitness, I can highly recommend coming here, as the food is not processed, and it tasters great, unlike some places that serve the food pretty much raw (i.e. no flavor).
