I think overall the service was 👍🏻 great and everyone was friendly however not really knowledgeable with regards to the menu. I asked how many ounces was the côte, server didn’t know, where the beef was from, the server also didn’t know. In addition, the menu also doesn’t state where the beef is from or the grade ( is it prime? Choice? If American or is it Australian wagyu?) how much it weighs. When taking our order server also didn’t ask for the doneness on the steak which I thought should be industry standard. Lastly, I think it should state on the menu this dish will take longer to make, because I feel they are trying to rush it out, so they hard seared the beef ( bullseye steak) the temperature was not even since prob they wanted to rush out this dish. I think with ample time they could have nailed it.
Overall these are just suggestions by no means does it mean I didn’t have a good time, it’s just a suggestion for your...
Read moreI know business owners don’t need to always believe what Google says because the reviews might be bias but hear me out we just had a very unpleasant experience.
Most staffs are poorly trained. The food choices were so bad included their signature platters and English breakfast. They are not well prep and the bread is doughy, as you can sorta taste the flour lumps. And the meat which they are proud of, are just mediocre. We ordered 2 glasses of Prosecco, and they were not cold when served. Tableware and utensils feel very cheap, glasses smelled off, and we had to fill our own water. The 10% service fee obviously does not include having their staffs to offer to fill up our empty glasses. The price point is at brunch level, but the quality is worse than diners in rural American towns. Keywords are warm Prosecco, bad meat, cheap hardware, bad service.

Read moreThe pork belly is really as advertised and it’s amazing. The lamb chop is great as well. The burrata salad has a bit of fried meat in it that adds a bit of twist and it’s worked out well. The fish pie also is great for a pie lover like me, but I wish the portion could be a bit larger. The service is great. We have a 4 yr old and a baby and they immediately brought out a simple yet delicious pasta on the house for the children. That is very thoughtful and I have to say I sneak quite a few bites of the pasta myself. The only thing I’d say that needs a bit of improvement is the new yorker. There seems to be a lot of tendon and the sauces I’d just pass. The flavor of the meat itself is great with salt alone. All in all it’s a great experience and I’ll...
