在廈門街家具街內，環境舒適，座位有吧台式和兩人桌，適合單人或是人多併桌，@建議 ➡️靠近門口自動門的位置，因為會有門開開關關，（1）不要放桌椅（不小心移動到靠窗會撞到） 或是 （2）將桌椅往裡併，靠近玻璃處當作出入動線 或是（3）加強告示牌，該位置不要靠窗調整避免撞到。

這附近終於開了路易莎！平日下午人不多，氛圍蠻舒服的不會吵雜，吧台桌有插座，店內也有廁所。這次外帶了黑糖雪點奶茶，回家打開杯蓋後覺得好驚喜，這是我第一次喝到那麼有誠意的黑糖雪點奶茶XD在其他間路易莎從來沒喝過有那麼多黑糖的QQ店員也很親切，希望能繼續保持～

It is hard to explain how big this place is and how difficult it must be to keep it clean. The place simply has too much ambition and too few resources to keep the place running. The volume of customers is too high and not enough staff to clean. The toilets are not well kept, and employees are under too much pressure to keep countertops clean. Not possible to move chairs without a metallic screeching sound. I don't think I will go back (coffee was not...

Always a good experience getting a coffee and some breakfast here in the morning. The staff are very kind and hardworking - you never have to wait long for your meal and it is top quality when it arrives. The coffees are also some of the best value and best...

第一次消費的服務人員態度較不優但較專業,會問客人發票要存卡裡還是印出來,餐點也沒做錯;第二次消費的服務人員熱情許多,但專業不足,沒問客人就直接將發票印出來,當下要結帳的客人只有我一個,她沒必要趕這點時間,而且沒印顧客聯(第一次消費的服務人員有印) 重點來了!結果出餐叫號去拿餐點,發現她們出餐錯誤,馬上跟她反映,結果她還回嘴說她有再跟我確認一次,似乎不想換正確的餐點給我,最後在我堅持下,她還是有換給我,態度已沒剛才好... 我邊用餐就邊想：＂雖然第一次消費的服務人員態度普普甚至不太佳，但還是比這第二次消費的服務人員專業，因為她至少沒拿錯誤的餐點給我，當場給我難堪啊！ 心情越想越難過，最後步出餐廳時，覺得有此次令人不悅的用餐體驗，怕是短時間內不會再光臨了吧！雖然我就住在附近，真是太可惜了～！＞＜

好的，感謝店家的回覆，有機會會再回訪！真心希望貴店能將缺點一一改進，並保持原本優質的服務，進而成為賓至如歸的優良店家喔！ 祝貴店生意日益興隆！...
