I came to this salon because I had gotten a haircut the day prior somewhere else and I needed someone to fix the numerous mistakes from the previous place. Rita exceeded my expectations and truly saved my hair. She listened intently, asked plenty of questions to ensure I would be happy with the final result, and cut with such professionalism and expertise I was blown away. I could not be happier with how she was able to assess the mistakes from the other salon and provide solutions that looked natural, beautiful, and would grow out smoothly. She understood all my concerns and reassured me we would be able to fix it. Rita also provided ample guidance on how to care for my hair in the process of growing out the bangs ruined by someone else, and showed me ways to blow dry and straighten specific areas. I have never felt so relieved by the care and attention at this salon and don’t have a single complaint. I saw a variety of clients with personalized looks that their stylists worked intently to achieve. I cannot thank Rita enough for her kindness and warmth, and felt so welcome in the space.
