the charcoal grilled 16oz chuck eye roll steak (TWD 360) was horrible: the meat did not taste like beef (and tasted somewhat off), the texture was unusual (some parts were unnaturally springy but other parts were juicy and tender but did not seem like meat; perhaps it was a meat glue steak?) and unlike any steak we have ever had. effectively inedible. -1/5

the corn soup was quite good though. 4.5/5

The Ribs , blade steak , New York steak , chuck steak was grilled to perfection. We will definitely eat here...

今日內用，點了四客雞排一客豬排。四客雞排的皮都是焦的（相較於我家、貴族，或一般平價牛排館），且味道貼近紐奧良雞排的口味，所以不喜歡吃辣的人不要點。副菜的泡菜不行、死鹹、無酸無甜也不脆，小黃瓜配沙拉醬一般般，蒜片可以。豬排份量很夠且熟度剛好，搭配蒜片或美式辣椒是一亮點，所給的兩顆星完全是因為豬排好吃。

要抱怨的是內用的等待時間。服務人員雖然態度很好，但是送餐的順序著實有待加強。有一桌客人甚至去反映了三次該桌的濃湯和飲料還沒上，但是其他晚入桌的卻上了。另外，排了三十分鐘才入桌，入桌後又等了二三十分鐘才等到排餐，在等待的過程中往櫃檯方向一看，原來是先做了一單差不多十人份的外送單。看先前的評論，這間牛排館是從別的地方搬過來的，對於該怎麼抓內用外送的岀餐順序，應該有經驗才是，但是今晚的體驗卻顯示其有待加強。今晚這間牛排館...
