輕揚 Veggie Delight — Restaurant in Zhubei City

AMAZING place for a romantic date! My wife and I had a delicious lunch here and we are sure to be back again. We had the terriyaki tempeh set meal, Mexican salad and Italian Chili pasta. All highly recommended! Meals are fresh and made to order, the flavors are great, super tasty and not too heavy. The atmosphere is bright and the music creates a warm, intimate setting perfect for a date 🥰

We were disappointed with our recent visit, so our original 5 star review will be changed to 4. The reason we loved coming to this place was because of the attention to detail in the mild flavor of the food. Today's tempeh set meal was very salty and greasy, perhaps the chef was too heavy-handed with the soy sauce and oil. A real shame since it's the first time I've encountered this. I hope the boss can pay attention to health and consistency...

Good for eating, unfriendly for chatting as they'll let you know a few times they're closing soon. We were sitting on the 2nd floor discussing our environmental project, around 40 minutes before their closing time one of the service came up and was moving the chairs around very loudly. Then after around 10 minutes one of the owners or managers I suppose, came up and asked us to continue our discussion on the first floor. The food was pretty good, I highly recommend the Mexican deep fried monkey head mushrooms! The restaurant is a bit small but quite comfortable and it wasn't too busy when we got there so the food came quite quickly. One thing you will notice quite quickly when you get there is that it is not actually a vegan restaurant, but is vegetarian.
