新竹 竹北_老菜廚 評價：🌟🌟🌟.75 許久沒來這家用餐了，前公司的時候，偶爾還有機會吃一下，復古的內裝，用餐環境算是寬裕了，餐點也不錯吃！有興趣的可以來嚐鮮喔！ #食感：內用有提供麥茶飲用，甘甜清爽，不錯喝！這麼多小菜就被這道炸蛋白給吸引⋯糯米椒鮮脆，炸蛋白⋯Q彈鹹香，肉末提香，超下飯！米血⋯適中的軟硬，油膏，蒜味提香，不錯吃！燙青菜⋯比預期來的大份，鮮綠地瓜葉，搭配蒜蓉，油蔥，簡單好吃，但⋯稍微還是覺得有點鹹，可能鹽水加太多了！全瘦客家控肉飯⋯筍乾，控肉塊簡單的配菜，先均勻攪拌，筍絲厚實，口感大概一半脆口一半不會，沒有一致，控肉柔嫩中帶點紮實感，搭配滷汁拌飯，不錯吃！貢丸湯⋯覺得湯有點鹹！😅貢丸Q彈富有咬勁，還會溢出香甜肉汁，好吃！客家湯圓+貢丸⋯湯圓是稍微小顆的那種，QQ的，煮的滿剛好，肉絲，香菇增添豐富度，湯頭油蔥提味，還不錯！湯圓喝到後來也是覺得湯頭有點鹹！😅 #小貼心：因為防疫考量，有控管內用用餐人數，跟櫃檯告知，等待安排座位！

Before walking to this store, I thought it was just a old dated same old food joint. To my happy surprise, this store is so adorable. It's clean, airy, comfortable and most amazingly with a different flare!

Its decor combines old and new. Old vibes with new designs. Comfortable and cozy.
