It’s Burger King - nicer burgers than McDonalds (Angus burgers are good), not as tasty fries. This branch is clean and the staff efficient. Being fairly modern the decor is recent making for a more pleasant atmosphere that the KFC and McDonalds nearby. They sometimes have interesting combinations- I tried the chocolate and peanut burger, it was ok (think a sneakers on top of a burger). Obviously the burgers are never going to be as nice or as generous as somewhere that hand makes them, but the prices are...

20200725: Burger King in Taiwan has some pretty interesting burger choices, such as the peanut butter crispy chicken burger and the peanut butter beef burger. the peanut butter combines well with the bacon and the beef/deep fried chicken. by no means are these gourmet products but they are excellent products in their own right. great value too at TWD 109 for 2.

今晚下高速公路要回新竹市區前，本想先買2個大麥克，但看到太多人在排隊。於是改往漢堡王想買買一送一的小華堡。 訂購時，先跟小姐問了一句小華堡有無此買一送一活動？ 小姐回答「給我編號就好」，於是趕緊找到編號唸給她，另外也加訂其他炸品，接著用載具和手機支付，便沒看發票，還特別跟孩子說：不買飲料喔！ 等聽到了領餐編號時，發現二袋中一袋竟然是飲料？ 於是問：我們沒有買可樂，這是我們的？ 經過確認號碼和出餐人員看過內容，得到消息是-有啊？妳們有飲料。本以為是套餐組合，就沒再多想把上面是一些炸品的另一包一一翻出檢查內容便上車了，回到家全家人才發現，裡面完全沒有最初想要的主食-小華堡😭 傻眼之下立刻找出電話打過去抱怨。 原來可能是小姐按錯編號了，也沒再跟我們確認訂單內容她就開始收錢，雖然當下隱約有感覺價格稍低，但從沒遇過這種情形的我還以為是特價的緣故，就沒再向她確認。 還好接電話的店長🧐態度非常好，不僅立刻致歉，也說願意幫送過來，這讓本來氣呼呼的我們立刻解氣了😅 因為距離實在很遠，且實際也是沒多付款，最後只好自行再另從外送平台訂購。 店長的危機處理能力很棒，因此加回了不少星星🥴，但建議再加強櫃檯人員的教育訓練（和客戶確認訂購內容），避免再發生此類問題。
