It was okay with the foods ingredients against the price. It’s median level and good for family gathering. Audio sound is too loud which makes the atmosphere abit low. Toilet needs to keep clean . Service can be improved as more proactive than reactive.....Just 2 cents.

今天的用餐體驗實在太差！ ❌️服務：今天一個男服務生上菜，先問了牛肉是我的嗎，我還沒回答就直接放下來，然後就走了。請他加湯，等了一下子，突然走到身後說加湯，然後直接開始倒，正常從桌子旁邊才不會嚇到人吧？接著又在我們同桌子的對面整理桌子，鏗鏗鏘鏘的，真的是吵到原本在聊天的都受到影響，是有多不爽？ ❌️食材：松阪豬，有夠難嚼，干那橡皮筋，此生沒吃過這麼難吃的松阪豬，不知道是不是現在有活動，五星評價可加購松阪豬只要100元（原價320）， 送上來的品質不知道有沒有調整過呢？而且不知道是不是錯覺，所有肉盤跟其他分店比感覺份量偏少…… ❌️甜點：紫米湯的碗給的是跟裝醬料一樣大小的碟子，雖然這個碟子比一般的碟子深，但給別人裝甜湯竟然不給碗，沒看過這麼小氣的店家。 ❌️吃到最後總覺得很奇怪，越吃背越痠，後來發現是桌椅的高度，根本沒配好，椅子太高導致我們兩個人都得駝背著吃，我真的問號。 ❌️總結：光是一個服務生我就受不了了，我都很想問，如果這麼不想做何不辭職？還是是不爽老闆所以想趕跑客人？那你真的是成功了，我此生真的不會再去，結果竟然還有其他地方能挑剔。以前在其他地方吃過鍋牛，覺得品質很好所以才願意到分店，結果這家真的太差了，絕對不值這個高分，可能是被活動衝上來的，至少不可能到4顆星以上，頂多3.5，為了平均一下所以給1顆星，謝謝您看完這篇。

I like this hot pot restaurant. You can choose your own vegetables which I like and there’s a large selection of broths. Nice for families, usually you have to reserve if you go around dinner time....

✨ 這不是火鍋，這是藝術！這不是用餐，這是饗宴！✨ 鍋牛火鍋（莊敬店），不只是讓你吃飽，而是讓你「吃懂」，什麼叫做真正的火鍋魂！

一進門，就被老闆親切又爽朗的招呼聲溫暖迎接，還沒坐下，心情已經先加了20分❤️ 這位老闆完全不是一般的「坐櫃檯型老闆」，他可是會親自下場幫你燙肉的肉品職人！不但動作俐落、神情專注，還會像老師傅一樣教你： 「這肉不能煮太久，涮個5秒剛剛好，這樣才能吃出真正的鮮甜與油花的香氣。」 原本以為只是一盤普通的肉，經過老闆這麼一涮，瞬間升級成和牛級享受，完全驚艷！

而且老闆說得超有道理：「吃肉不只是為了飽，而是要尊重這片肉的原本美味。」這句話聽起來就像武俠片裡的大師出招，令人敬佩！

🍲 蔬菜區更是亮點之一！ 他們有自助式的蔬菜吧，種類超豐富，而且補菜超快。重點來了——老闆還親自示範怎麼煮蔬菜才不會煮爛又能保留鮮味！ 你看過哪家火鍋店，老闆會教你：「玉米別先下，會甜死高麗菜；金針菇要晚點放，不然湯會混濁。」 這根本是蔬菜界的米其林教學！

🌟 店內環境舒適、乾淨，每個角落都感受到用心。湯頭不油膩、調味剛好，不管是單吃還是搭配蔬菜、肉品都超合拍。吃完真的會覺得胃暖、心暖、靈魂也被撫慰了。
