The beef in the noodle soup was very soft and tender. The serving size was very generous. The beef wrap 牛肉煎餅 was amazing. I have been living in Taiwan for a long time and this is the only place I have been where the 尖兵 was flaky and not oily at all. I could it eat without anything else. This place has fast, friendly service and consistent good flavours from the soup broth, noodles, pancake, and also each of the small plates. Each has a unique flavour and high quality too. The pancake was light, flaky, and not too oily. Even the non spicy broth had a good powerful flavour. Homemade noodles were of a good texture. Even the small dishes all had differing textures...
