The sandwiches are quite savory here. I don't know about the breakfast sandwiches because I don't like those in general. They also heat up the pastries in the microwave for you automatically. It seems like Taiwanese like to eat things at a nice, warm temperature for that freshly baked feel. They have lots of different fruity cold brews, teas, along with the classics like frappes. I am not a big fan of their powder creamer packets. The space is chill with a nice layout on the 2nd floor. There are perpetually a lot of customers, always loud but never too annoying. It is very open space without being too secluded. There is a drive-through here. It's more efficient to come in and order if you are a master at finding parking. 🦸‍♂️ There are a couple spots at the entrance.

‼️不推這間星巴克，推薦各位可以選擇竹北其他間更優質的星巴克‼️ 今天下午經過這間星巴克所以進來坐坐、看書，店內有1位客人排在我前面，我點了一杯飲料後，覺得今天的消費體驗真的不行🙃 今天下午是一位帶著耳機的小姐幫我點餐，我說我要紅茶那堤、冰的、特大杯、要換燕麥奶 在幫我點餐的過程中，他中途離開，幫他的同事去準備飲料的區域看「隔壁也正在點餐的客人」點的東西還有沒有 最後他回到台前，重複確認時問我：所以今天是一杯熱的紅茶那堤就好了嗎？ 我回他：不是，是冰的 結果最後拿到飲料時，是紅茶那堤、冰的、大杯❌（我看了一下收據發現錢是收大杯的錢，所以就想說算了，那就大杯的就好） 坐下來喝了一口後，發現不是燕麥奶⋯⋯（再拿出收據看了一下才發現，啊⋯上面沒有換燕麥奶的加錢） 我也算是個講話中氣十足、口齒清晰的人，到底為什麼買個飲料最後拿到的size和品項都是錯的🥲 總之，因為都已經喝了，不想因為這樣去argue然後被當成奧客，所以最後就只能在這裡抱怨一下⋯ 結論：不推這間星巴克，推薦各位可以選擇竹北其他間更優質的星巴克～

Why anybody in a country with an annual salary less than 50k ntd pay for coffee that costs 150 ntd is a common question that baffles me.
