At Almaty restaurant, the initial warm welcome and prompt order-taking gave a promising start to the evening. However, the experience quickly soured as we endured a frustrating wait of nearly an hour for our food. Attempts to locate the waitress who initially attended to us proved futile, and the staff seemed confused and disorganized.

When the food finally arrived, the portion sizes were disappointing, particularly the fries and Zege, which were not worth their price. The mishkaki, though delicious, was served in smaller quantities than ordered, with the explanation that they had run out—a fact that should have been communicated much earlier. A subsequent order was canceled by the waitress herself, adding to the confusion and frustration.

While the food was undeniably tasty, especially the mishkaki and chili, the overall experience was marred by poor service, lack of communication, and high prices. Positive: Good place if you wanna sit outdoors. They can arrange a seat for you inside but it's kinda cramped cause they have a buffet set up, atleast that was the case when I visitied
