Honestly this burger joint gets a 5 out of 5. The taste of the burger is just so great it catches you by surprise. If you want a marry brown burger with half fresh half cold drenched in fat burger and nothing original about it then don't go to this place because what they give you here is a burger with thicker meat than a chicken or regular hamburgers, just like the burgers at home. The ballance of the tastes is right the burger is juicy and succulent glittering and bursting with taste. The bread is fresh and strong not some super sponge bread that becomes like dough at the end of the meal! It follows you all the way to the end of that burger! Makes a veggie burger worth it. Burger53 makes the best no frills, straight forward old fashioned burgers I had in decades. I came from work late last night and past by this place sort of by coincidence. I was looking for some mishkaki. But the really kind attitude of the gentleman taking the orders, the first impression I got from the place, made me change my mind.
