Craving an authentic taste of Tanzania? Look no further!

A local friend pointed me here when I begged for real Swahili cuisine, and wow, did they ever deliver! Let me tell you, the food was nothing short of incredible.

Our fantastic server made it an adventure, letting us sample a little bit of everything, it was like having our own personal, gourmet buffet!

Every single bite was a triumph:

· The coconut rice was so fragrant. · The grilled meats and chicken were perfectly seasoned. · The coconut sauce? I wanted to drink it! · Even the humble sweet potato was a star. · And the fresh juices! I had a pineapple-cucumber combo that was so refreshingly good.

My friend was in heaven with her meal, too. We loved everything so much that we had to get more to take home, because why should the bliss end at the restaurant door?

The hospitality was the cherry on top: so welcoming, so warm, so vibrant. This place is an absolute gem!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend. You will not leave...

Waiters although they're not new, too often just don't understand customer needs. Third time that they didn't bring what I ordered🙈. When they opened a few years ago, things were better.

👉This time they brought from the prepared buffet, after 10 minutes waiting, the wrong vegetables side dish, knowing that it's wrong and without asking if I want vegetable change. When you ask them why, they say that the chef told them so❓❓.

Last time I told them NOT to warm up the dish, and they brought it straight from the microwave burning hot that I burned my tongue. Is food bad? No, that's why I'm writing this, hoping management notices it. I'll give them a chance next year again, time for...

I recently dined at Golden Fork for two weeks straight, and unfortunately, I had an unsatisfactory experience almost daily. The waiters would add extra charges on top of the normal menu prices, which left me feeling disappointed and cheated. This unexpected addition to the bill was both frustrating and unfair.

One waiter even apologised and begged not to report him to the management. As a result, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to bad service.

Also their bill only states the “total price” but never details the different entries.

I hope they address this issue to avoid further customer...
