Hookah room lounge and bar — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I hoped there would be a chance to give zero stars. One hour (65 minutes) for a small plate of calamari (frozen and fried despite we are on the beach). So looking around checking the reason for the long wait, I saw the woman who is cooking who instead of preparing the orders she was washing the dishes, And the same woman is the waitress. And she's not able to cook many dishes at the same time. And when I went to complain the woman at the cashier also complained instead of apologising. So I don't blame the woman in the kitchen , cause she did her best, but the stingy owner who can't afford another help in the kitchen and a waitress too So for who will come to eat, it's better come at lunch time to have your food ready for dinner..They charged me 20.000 tsh for this small portion of frozen calamari. Update : the manager or the owner came to apologise and I appreciated it a lot. but the service remains the worst I ever seen...

One of those places that truly does justice to their name .. with amazing views, customer friendly staff.. the vibe is perfect be it for a date with yours truly, friends, co workers.. love that you can play different board games.. the food, the cocktails you can't go wrong I promise you .. keep it up Hookah room...
