The customer service is very poor. I have been coming for 2 years on and off, sometimes it's better than others but has really gone downhill. Most of the female staff's attitude are very bad. The males are general very friendly but when we order everything together and then my food comes, once I've finished my food, then my drink comes, then after I finish my drink, my husband's drink arrives. After asking several times. We did not come here to eat and drink separately, we came to eat and drink together. The problem is that the staff are not trained in customer service at all and then the staff are changed every few months which makes the situation worse as the new staff are not trained. Long story short, l dropped my wallet whilst at the Cafe, got home to realise my wallet was missing, traced all my rendezvous and ended up calling the Cafe, and Awadh assured me they had found the wallet and kindly left it for me at the supermarket to pick it up, as they were closing. The one good addition though is the sit in ordering service which was attentive. The food still took a long time in my view but funnily the smoothie took longer (first time ever).
