NEGATIVES AND POSITIVES

NEGATIVE: the first worker we encountered the evening we arrived could speak English but was either shy, not confident or bothered to communicate or orientate us to apartment. He just took our personal details then we had to hassle him for extra things for the rest of the evening like how internet worked, utensils. -No utensils in kitchen, no spoons or knives, no plates, not enough glasses or mugs, cooking equipment , i.e. saucepan, extra towels, foot mats (had to ask for it lots) -leaking bathtub/broken bath tub -Staff failed to tell us that the VISA card payment system was not working  so we were late to our next destination and had to use our TAXIFY transportation to go up horrible bumpy road to main road to get more cash money out of an ATM to pay for the apartment, which cost more money to hire the "taxify" about 20000TSH more and 11000TSH to get money out of the ATM machine to pay for taxify No clothes line

POSITIVE Polite staff Self contained apartment was great Good price Nice pool Modern Spacious Good AC in all rooms Neat and tidy Sitting area...

Pros||Nice place, very friendly and welcoming staff. The owners are also awesome!!! Close to the shopping area where you can get practically anything. It's also a walking distance to the beach.||||What you see in the photos is what you get. We stayed for 13 nights with 3 adults and 1 three year old toddler. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.||||Cons:||The apartments are sometimes rented to the locals for a night or two stay and mostly for parties or events which includes loud music and that was difficult for our 3 year old to sleep. They really need to reiterate their own rule of no parties or events and no loud music after 10pm. Sad part, this was a daily routine. We were forced to knock and ask the neighbors to lower the music at 2:00am and they acted like they had to right or it wasn't explained to them. This could practically turn a good location to something else. I would also recommend that the pool depth is noted by pool side.||||All in all I would still highly recommend this place be sure to reiterate to management that silence after late hours is...

Very nice, spacious appartments, clean bathrooms and good beds. Didn't use the facilities piol but it looked nice, the beach is 2 minutes away by foot. Didn't try the food, because there are several delivery services around. Big supermarket is 10 minutes by foot. Service was nice and approchable. Enjoyed my stay a lot, would...
