KFC Terminal 3 - Julius Nyerere International Airport — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

On 27th May. Customer service and attitude was pathetic. I was assisted by a woman inncoentia, extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked her about a deal she blankly stared at me and didn’t answer. I kept quiet and she rudely just said no. She kept eyeing me talking to her coworkers in Swahili. When a Swahili woman who worked at Dnata came to order, innocentia was full of smiles laughs and pleasantries. Even side eyeing and pointing toward me whilst laughing with the woman while talking.

Her attitude was the same with the customers in front of me and after me.

In my experience Tanzanian people are the loveliest, kindest and sweetest people.

However this woman was just the complete opposite.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt considering she might have worked a long shift.

But the way her behavior changed whilst talking to one of her own. And then giving the rest of the customers a stinking attitude is not on.

I urge KFC to get rid of staff that doesn’t seem like they want to work or even just to have common decency. I’m sure they are many other people who would appreciate a job.

I walked in to be greeted by rude and not talkative workers. They told me the chicken machine is broken and can't serve chicken pieces. I was told they can only serve twisters and burgers but spicy. I do not eat hot food and said thank you and walked away.

I returned later to buy a cool drink and overheard the lady saying it would take 25 minutes if chicken were to be ordered. Why wasn't I informed about this 30 minutes ago? I would have waited. I processed to order chicken and said I would wait. The service I received was very unwelcoming and unfriendly even...

Super slow service and the worst part was that it. Was Empty! I came with 3 of my friends, we were a total of 4 people, we asked the guy how long it would take because we were about to board and he replied “7 min” 7 min? It took around 20 min, at the end we had to rush and when I checked my bag, I was missing part of my order. I literally wanted to go and fry the chicken with them to make...
