Had the pleasure of trying Nigerian cuisine for the first time, and I'm completely hooked! I've always assumed jollof rice was similar to pilau, but I was so mistaken. The flavor profile is completely unique, and the level of pepper is incredible – in the best way possible! It's clear that Nigerian food takes its spices seriously.
But the real star of the show for me was the rosella juice. I've never tasted anything so refreshing and delicious. It was the perfect complement to my meal of jollof rice and fish.

Poundo is very well done! Egusi and Vegetable soup was good but lacked consistency. Some dried fish was burnt or gone bad.
Place get really hot and air conditions does bare minimum. Fans are so dusty you wouldn’t wish them turned on. Sink was blocked on my last visit.
