Had a fantastic lunch at Ala-Nnoor on a Friday afternoon. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Food delivery was instant, and what you see is what you get—literally, as the menu is the food on display. I tried the chicken biryani, whole fish with white rice, fresh juice, and water—all for 35k, with complimentary watermelon. The portions were generous and the food was incredibly tasty and filling. The fresh mango juice was hands down the best I’ve ever had! One tip: ask for prices upfront, as they aren’t listed until the bill. Still, overall a great spot for a satisfying and quick meal. Highly recommended.

They promised if you try their meals you’ll forget others. It was the first place I ate in Zanzibar and I didn’t bother trying any other place. Their meals are relatively cheap too. The 3 meals I posted costs 10,000 Tsh per serving and I was never able to finish the meals in one sitting. You should definitely try their meals when you’re in Zanzibar.

A spectacular restaurant and a wonderful choice for those guests/tourists looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot with seafood and Swahili tasty meals. Prices are cheap and worth it. Local waiters are friendly and the service is fast .Highly recommend this restaurant while in stone Town .The best far my family really enjoyed.
