Read moreNEVER stepping into this cafe ever again! I have just received the worst customer service ever in my entire life! And from management themselves! He shouted at me and told me I don’t have any money and to GET OUT!! Could not make it up! As managers/owners it’s clear they don’t spend time there with their customers only the staff know that I am a regular and that treatment to me and my daughter was unforgivable! Backstory: I am a regular customer and o a few weeks ago a staff member told me the drink I get was now discounted, so I said great! (From 6,000 to 5,000 tzs) And I continued purchasing my morning drink. This afternoon as usual I went to buy my regular drink and asked my daughter to pay while I waited in the car, to only be confronted by the manager at the car park saying rudely that I force the staff to pay less! I have never been so insulted in my entire life! ( I spend afternoons there with my kids spending more that 80,000 tzs per visit!) anyway I went inside to figure out what was wrong and I explained to them I would never force anyone to pay less! Who can go to a cafe and makeup their own price?! I will pay what I am asked to pay. And why would the staff give me a drink if the correct payment is not received! So instead of investigating their own systems and staff. He chose to shout at me and accuse me of forcing staff members to pay less! I have no words! NO WORDS! He should’ve told me to pay the difference of 2,000 tzs ( I bought 2 drinks) and I would’ve happily paid. Instead they chose to blame me for their own staff misbehaviour or misconduct and ONTOP of that insult me by saying I have no money and I should get out! They have just lost a genuine paying customer over 2,000 tzs! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from them! Not a way to run a business, as a business owner myself it’s very upsetting to see this type of treatment. Would not...
Read moreEdit: this edit comes a few years after my actual review. I dont know if its a staff thing but i asked for an iced latte and was charged 12k. A few days later my sister went and saw the menu showing iced latte was 10k so i dont know if they stole my 2k. Just be careful and go through the menu when you order. end of edit Really good atmosphere. They are located in a huge house that they have taken over with indoor and outdoor sitting available. Plenty of space so as not to be bothered by people around you. Their iced latte is really good and the portion sizes are amazing. Definitely would come back again just for the coffee. I am yet to try their extensive menu of pastries, cakes and sandwiches, but...
