Location is not far from town

waiter and waitress are hospitable and all wear uniform, shows too much professional

Environment and decorations are so beautiful, it shows traditional Swahili culture -- under glass, the table shows stone town's Swahili traditional door, really creative and amazing

Food is yummy, and price is reasonable

Compare to same price for another restaurant, you can get more food is here For example, if an ice cream in other restaurant is 10000 for 3 scopes, but in here 10000, you get more than 3 scopes, i mean you can get large portion here

About waiting time many comments mentioned, what I want to say is it depends on what you order, if you order a soda or a juice, it will be on your table soon. If you order a pasta, it takes time to cook. Even wait for a while, when pasta in front of me, after I taste it, i know it worth waiting.

About the pasta, although is good to eat, The portion of it is too big so I can't finish it. What a shame. About ice cream, the cup which fill of ice cream is nice, when I share photos to my friend, they all feel surprise for such nice decorated cup fill with ice cream, maybe they cannot imagine in Africa have such a nice restaurant The avocado shake, made by fresh avocado, i think without add any water to dilute, sweet and nice

Me and a couple of friends went to eat lunch, and was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It felt like the two girls who worked there had never worked a day in their life, and just bringing the menu was exhausting for them. It was only us in the restaurant and still it took forever to check if the food one of us wanted was available. After she confirmed that the food was available, she just left without taking the order. After I called for them 3 times to ask if we could order, the two waiters started laughing and talking with each other. Eventually one of them came over, and started to whisper something to us that we didn’t understand. After many attempts to try to understand her, I was fed up and left the restaurant. The restaurant itself seemed clean and nice, so it’s very sad that people unfit for the job and has no experience in customer service, is working there. What a poor service I have given them a call since 730 till now it’s 9:38 PM. I haven’t gotten my food and then when I’m calling them to ask them that where is my food they’re saying since since 830 they’re telling me that delivery man is out till now the delivery man hasn’t reached.
