Sloth Sukiyaki & Shabu Bar (101@True Digital Park) — Restaurant in Bang Chak Subdistrict

I've come to Sloth Sukiyaki since 6th July 2020 with buffet 795+ (discount for this period from 995+) and add on 200 for 3 more menu (Foie gras sushi, Foie gras ontop wagyu sushi, and wagyu chuck roll). I think overall is great with this discount cost.

Pros many types of meat and sushi/rolls menu for shabu or sukiyaki. If you choose shabu, you can have 2 different soups in 1 pot. And size of pot is big. the taste of wagyu is great for this buffet rate. more than 3 types of soft drinks you can choose sushi and sashimi taste is ok 3 tastes of Hagen Daz icecream you can have!!! I love matcha icecream and Hagen Daz is great. you can eat for 2 hours. Some buffet restuarant give you only 90-100 min nowadays 😔😔

Cons buffet price is a little bit high if there's not discount. lack of staff. Many times you have to find the staff to order or fill the empty glass. unagi is too thin for me, many buffet restuarant give full piece of unagi not a slice piece...

I recently dined at Sloth Sukiyaki at True Digital Park, and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the Butterfly Fish Set with Tonkotsu Soup and Kombucha Soup, and both broths were excellent in their own way.

The tonkotsu soup was rich, creamy, and full of umami, perfectly complementing the fresh butterfly fish. Meanwhile, the kombucha soup had a lighter, slightly tangy profile that balanced the meal well. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was thoughtful.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, living up to the “Sloth” name. Service was attentive without being intrusive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Sloth Sukiyaki for sukiyaki lovers looking for quality ingredients and flavorful broths in a comfortable setting. Will definitely be back...

Arguably the best buffet offering in Thailand. Absolutely stuffed myself with the highest quality wagyu beef available in the market. The soup selection is great and well thought through. They surely did their homework in selecting products that is well-suited for the Thai market. Great selection of sauces as well as desserts. Despite being a Shabu buffet, they have great appetizers like the deep fried soft shell crab that deserves an honorable mention in this review! 10/10 would...
