So glad to see their retail shop! I grabbed countless of times their beef noodles during the Covid era. The soup was strong and flavorful. Noodles were chewy. Came with a variety of beef with different textures. I added extra beef balls and beef tongue. So satisfying. I emptied the soup. Addictive! Price is a little high, but the quality is worth it. Is wagyu a must? I don’t think so. Personally I prefer the standard local beef.
