In the USA our favorite restaurant is at home yet here at the Salad Factory they have 5x the offerings which takes dining to a better level. Every green leaf whether Cos , rocket or otherwise is here as a foundation for our perfect salad. Next 5 veggie choices or more for a little extra. Freshness matters here and they serve many meals keeping the offerings fresh ! Add nuts, berries, raisins, and choose a main dressing or more. ( I mixed Caesar & Red wine vinegar ) , croutons are available , I added bleu cheese along with a slice of Kanom pan gatiem ( garlic/ cheese toast ). Always delighted as I am a salad officiando and Salad Factory is above the rest. Glad they have fresh fruit smoothies as a strawberry banana choice wins out 🏅. Pricing is really fair - remember they have enough to allow for the perfect salad creations , so add items to suit your desire. One of the great restaurant in crystal ratchapruek , the medium size department store at the middle of ratchaphruke road, this restaurant mainly sells food with various kind of vegetable.

I tried fried duck with rocket salad which is very delicious , the duck is very crispy but soft inside , rocket salad and sauces are also tasty.

The desserts here are also very nice , the cold yogurt with mango are not too sweat and look healthy, not mention the honey toast which is high calories but worth try.
