Loving Hut - Rama 3 (Bang Kho Laem) — Restaurant in Bang Khlo Subdistrict

I visited here to celebrate Chinese New Year with the Bangkok Vegan meetup group.

Their menu is vast! With options ranging from Thai food to Japanese food. Our large group of 18 ordered both appetisers and mains from the menu. It is necessary to specify vegan or vegetarian as the restaurant offers both. I ate the Burmese tea leaf salad, dumplings, 'tuna' cucumber Sushi, pan fried tofu skin, oyster omelette, hk Noodles. My favourites were the Noodles and tofu skin which was pretty more-ish.

There are also dessert options but we were all full from the large portion sizes 😋

The restaurant is a bit out of town with the nearest bts being Surasak and then a 10 min drive to the restaurant. We found it easy to get a taxi on the road to return home.

If you're in a big group, I'd recommend pre ordering as dishes can take some time to cook...

This place is vegan apparently but most menu items list non vegetarian ingredients manager assured me they were all vegan but when you list pork, duck, chicken, prawn etc., it is unnecessarily confusing for the customer. Name things as they are. (-1 star). they appear to have a tofu that tastes like (insert dead animal) thing going on. If someone is vegan or vegetarian why would they want to order food named pork which is tofu that tastes like pork? Makes no sense, very weird. (-1 star) I can't figure this place out, food looks completely different from menu, it was breaded tofu which is not what I wanted or was pictured on the menu. Managers gender is ambiguous. Overall just very confused...

Loving Hut - Rama 3: Pure Vegan Perfection

What an absolute gem! We stumbled upon Loving Hut - Rama 3 by pure coincidence before our New Year’s Eve flight, and honestly, it felt like divine intervention. From the second we walked in, we were wrapped in the warmest, most welcoming vibe. The old lady waitress? A total angel—so kind, so caring, it felt like being at home.

And the food? HOLY. SHIT. This wasn’t just vegan food; this was next-level, life-changing deliciousness. Every bite was pure magic—flavors so good they could convert anyone to veganism. It’s insane how perfect everything was.
