ร้านปิ้งย่างญี่ปุ่นเน้นเนื้อเป็นหลัก มีให้สั่งทั้งแบบเซ็ทที่มีข้าว เซ็ทแบบไม่มีข้าว (แล้วแต่โปรโมชั่นในช่วงนั้นๆ) แบบ A la carte ก็มี สาย Pairing กับเครื่องดื่มก็มีเครื่องดื่มให้เลือกหลากหลาย

อาหารที่เป็นเนื้อเสิร์ฟค่อนข้างช้า เครื่องเคียงของเมนูที่เลือกจะเสิร์ฟมาให้ก่อน ตามมาด้วยเมนูน้ำ และอีกสักพักใหญ่ๆ เป็นเมนูเนื้อ เซ็ทที่สั่งไปเป็นเซ็ตรวมเนื้อหลายประเภท เนื้อที่ชอบที่สุดเป็นเนื้อลิ้นวัว ย่างให้สุกพอดีลิ้นวัวจะ Juicy และกรอบมาก ส่วนเนื้อ A5 ในเซ็ตถ้าใครไม่ชอบกินอาหารมันๆ แนะน้ำให้สั่งเมนูอื่นแทน เนื่องจากย่างออกมาแล้วเนื้อจะมันมากๆ ในเซ็ตนี้ยังมีไข่ดิบมาด้วย ไข่ดิบของที่นี่คุณภาพของไข่สามารถกินดิบได้เลย

ส่วนเครื่องจิ้มของเนื้อมีหลากหลายมากๆ ถ้าอยากรู้ว่าแต่ละอย่างเหมาะสมกับอะไรให้ลองเปิดเมนูเล่มใหญ่ไปดูหน้าแรก ในนั้นมีเขียนอธิบายถึงความเหมาะสมของเครื่องจิ้มแต่ละตัวเอาไว้

ในเรื่องของบริการพนักงานบริการดีมากๆ แนะนำอาหารได้เป็นอย่างดี ที่โต๊ะมีผ้ากันเปื้อนกับหมวกคุมผมให้บริการด้วย

ในส่วนของการชำระเงิน ร้านนี้รับเฉพาะโอนเงินกับบัตรเครดิตเท่านั้น มี VAT 7% + Service charge 10%

This restaurant is a haven for meat lovers, offering a wide variety of high-quality cuts to choose from.

Whether you prefer a set menu with rice or a la carte options, this restaurant has something for everyone. They also offer a variety of drinks to pair perfectly with your meal.

While the wait for the meat might be a bit longer, it's definitely worth it. The side dishes and drinks arrive first, followed by the main course. I ordered a set menu with a variety of meats, and my absolute favorite was the beef tongue. It was cooked to perfection, retaining its juicy texture and crispy edges. If you're not a fan of fatty meats, I would recommend skipping the A5 wagyu in the set menu, as it tends to be quite rich. The set also includes a raw egg, which is of such high quality that it can be eaten without hesitation.

The restaurant offers a wide array of sauces and dips to complement your grilled meats. For more information on which sauce pairs best with each type of meat, check out the large menu on the table. The first page provides detailed descriptions of each sauce.

The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided excellent recommendations and even provided aprons and hairnets to keep our clothes clean.

The service first we came s good but for some reason with the service charged and bat included, we have to pour the water ourselves with the reason replied from the staffs as most of the customers didnt like them to pour the water for them ( and we are quite disappointed as they never asked and we automatically was set as those customers) esp with the experience of living in Sukhumvit area and heard that the original branch was in Sukhumvit 31, so we expected the better service standard.

The food/ meat itself s ok fresh. The restaurant also provided apron and hairnet to prevent your hair to get smelled. You can also ring the bell to call for a service when needed.

Parking at Chic republic s easy and free of charge. The baby seat also...

Absolutely incredible experience. My wife and I came here and tried the Wagyu beef cuts that came highly recommended — including the A5 Kiwami Karubi and the Baba Beef Jyo Roast — and they were melt-in-your-mouth amazing. Perfect marbling, super tender, and rich in flavor.

We also had a few beef sushi pieces that were surprisingly delicate and flavorful. Everything was high quality, and the charcoal grill added that perfect smoky touch.
