Arno's The Circle Ratchapruk — Restaurant in Bang Ramat Subdistrict

I came here twice during last 6 months. First I wasn’t so impressed with the quality and tenderness of the beef. I ordered 45 days sirloin and some other steak (don’t remember). It was a bit dry, plain, and hard to chew. Seems like it wasn’t worth the price. But the burger, the beef was juicy and flavorful, I love the meat more than the bun. The bun is dry and does not go together with the meat very well. All in all, it was kinda bad experience for the quality of the steak.

But I came here second time yesterday, we ordered 80 days New York steak and 80 days T-Bone. They are all good! It was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Each piece costs around 500-700 baht per piece which wasn’t so expensive. Caesar salad was just average, not that great. But what’s disappointing is the Philly steak. I thought that it is going to be beef and hot dog bun only with a lot of cheese, but they put so much red bell pepper and onion in it. And the meat wasn’t a lot at all. Curly fries is ok, but not that good.

visited Arno's at The Circle branch today. Everything is fine but mind your steps at the entrance, there r 2 immediate steps down to the restaurant floor (especially elder,please be careful).

Come to the first feeling is the Smell, of course food smell not bad but too strong for those who always go to closed-kitchen restaurant. kitchen here is opened and nice cooking smell is served to all.

Ordered (can't remember exact name) "75 day dry aged Rib Eyes", if you prefer medium rare or rare then you can ask for not serving on Hot plate as that can overcook your meat by the time you finish it. "Tradition Burger set" , i fall in love with the juicy meat and smell. will order this again for sure. truffle sauce is okay. soft shell crab salad is just ok. Kutobuta pork rib is a little bit difficult to eat with...

Eaten for multiple times here. Food are one of the best quality and varieties of meat to select from, along with a glass of wine is more than you can every imagine.

However, the quality of the service is still MUCH BELOW STANDARD compared to other branches such as at Emquatier mall or Suan Plu. We have to call the waiter several times until they come to an order. Also, when selecting the meat to cook, they do not care about us and hesitate to pick the best meat for us. They are just offering meat to us and left somewhere else. This is a really awful service. I hope that the restaurant owner sees this and try to improve...
