Burger King - The Bright Mall Rama 2 — Restaurant in Bangkok

Worst service ever!!!!!! , had such a terrible experience with how the staff organize order. We were waiting more than 30 minutes and all the people who ordered after us got theirs. There is no apology or explanation until I approached them for a cause. First, they told us that those who got orders faster than us is delivery service, which is not true, most of them are just a walk-in customer like us, so I objected. Then, they said that the delay is because they need to grill meat for us, which is ridiculous. Aren't other orders don't need a grilled meat for their burger? Non of the staff gave us an honest service-mind, and not even care to proactively handle the situation. I believe that the store has a queue system, but I don't see how it works effectively, since the staff do an order for those customers who approach them instead of letting the queue system works as how it...

Out of all the fast food restaurant I still prefer Burger King but yesterday was a different story. I ordered a 229 meal from Burger King @ The Bright and getting to my destination, I found out that there was no fries in the paper bag. i called the call center and they promised to send someone to delivery it to me. But didn't. i was really ripped off yesterday. I bought a burger and a cup of cola for 229 baht....

Just average.
