Coffee Style — Restaurant in Chalong

Food is good but ruined by the worst service I have ever came across! Over the last few weeks have visited several times hoping its a one off but no. It get's worse ever time we visit! Today waited 45 minutes for 2 oatmeal and an omlette. There was two tables already eating when this was ordered no one else in the cafe. As the place filled several other tables recieved the same food I had ordered. The staff don't even click what is wrong with this situation when you complain. I have left on a few occasions after ordering as they tend to serve customers that have arrived a good 15 minutes later than the ones that have already ordered. And when you do get your food expect to wait until you are finished before your drink's arrive! I have tried ordering drinks before food and asking for them before food but still can't seem to get it. This place could be fantastic if they got new staff that actually have a clue! I have had teenagers work for me that could do a better job! Reduce your wage cost by getting one person that can do the job rather than two that can't! I came here most days during my month stay in the area. The breakfast is consistently great, they have some of the best coffee on fitness street, good WiFi, the service is always fast, and the ladies working there are very kind and welcoming.
