The only thing I can give them some credit for is being in a good location on fitness street. Everything else about this hotel is extremely janky. First and foremost, I was seriously injured on this hotel’s property and the two employees couldn’t care less. I was walking normally and my foot and leg fell through a sewer, causing a deep scrape on my knee. They didn’t offer to get me medical assistance, no apology, no refund, no nothing. The front desk girl brought me tap water in a plastic bowl, blue alcohol and two bandages. When I pointed out that I clearly needed more than two, she refused. The next day, the broken ground that I fell through was still how I left it. They made no effort to repair it or cover it to prevent someone else from getting hurt. When I checked out, I asked the male employee if the girl told him what happened to me. He nodded his head yes, then he said “you slipped.” I absolutely did not slip, the ground broke. I added a photo of how it looked after I fell, as well as a photo the next day showing that it was left that way. I booked this hotel through Capital One Travel. I contacted them for a refund, but they told me they have been unable to get in contact with anyone from the hotel. If that’s not reason enough to stay away from this hotel, then I don’t know what is.||Now for the other reasons not to book this hotel:||Be advised that you have to pay a 500 baht deposit at check-in. That’s only $15 USD, but they don’t inform you ahead of time even though it’s important information to know when you’re coming straight from the airport and may not already have local currency on hand. Also be advised that the electricity, including the air conditioning doesn’t work unless you place the card that’s attached to your room key in its designated spot. That too wasn’t explained to me. Speaking of my room key, it didn’t lock the door, it could only unlock it. I remedied this by locking the door from the inside when I left.||The first thing I noticed upon entering my room is the huge gap on the top and bottom of the door. There are cockroaches and geckos galore that have plenty of room to come right on in. After finding a huge dead bug in the bathroom on day one, I went to 7-Eleven and bought masking tape to seal around the door. That worked well and held up nicely as I went in and out throughout my week there. Still, there were super tiny little bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and on the counter in the room. I suggest keeping your suitcase closed at all times. They don’t provide face towels, they only give you large bath towels which have seen better days. They also don’t clean the shower. I used an oily body scrub that left the shower floor greasy and I just had to just deal with that. Also, you have to step in the shower just to use the toilet. The TV didn’t work, the front desk guy had to come and fix it. Once it was working, the ONLY English speaking channel is France24 news. It’s not a smart tv, so no Netflix, Hulu, etc and you can’t screen mirror. To keep it concise, here are bullet points of other janky things that don’t necessarily need a full explanation:||- Grounds not cared for, no grass/flowers|- Very noisy mini fridge|- No counter space in bathroom|- No towel hanger in shower|- Janky WiFi |- No peephole on the door|- Non working light switches|- Non working phone|- Constant power surges |- Fitness room not explained|- Housekeeping comes randomly|- Tried to push through the safety door lock |- Spider webs thoughts room|- Dirty glass & mugs left on counter |- Non...

Read moreI have been staying here the last 7 nights with my husband and 8 year old son and its the most beautiful hotel ive stayed in.||The staff are amazing, so helpful, polite and always smiling. ||You go through the 2 wooden doors at the front and there is a path that goes through gardens. The setting is beautiful, butterflies flying about, gorgeous flowers and plants and then you come to the pool. ||||The pool is a good size, clean and a few sunbeds and chairs about the pool. There is also a bamboo outdoor shower there. ||We spent every day in and around the pool before and after my husband and son trained Muay Thai & BJJ in local gyms. Its a 2 minute walk to Tiger Muay Thai and we also walked to Top Team Gym which is about an 8-10 min walk away. ||||The rooms are spacious. We booked a deluxe pool view room with a queen size bed and single bed in, balcony with chairs and table, a maiden to dry clothes on. The bathroom had a walk in shower. There was a fridge, aircon and tv. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed every day.||I would 100% recommend to stay in this hotel, we left today and im missing it already. Perfect stay for us and cant wait...
