Revisit 28th January 2024 : We are back here again to our most favourite restaurant of all time.

Everything is the same !!! The owner is friendly, the staff are diligent, most importantly the FOOD IS STILL SO DELICIOUS.

Nothing needs to be further explained again; we had the same sensation from last year.

We heard that they will be moving to a bigger place with more seatings and a new environment soon. Let’s look forward to the new location !!!

First visit 2023 : The place might be a little run down but what’s stopping us from getting good food.

I would like to declare this is my crème de la crème Thai seafood restaurant in the whole of Chanthaburi.

I’m so blown away with every dish that’s being served to us. The curry with fish roe and hand de-shelled crab meat is an absolute banger. Do some justice and come try this dish with some rice.

The Tom yum clear soup with fish is another winner. The taste is just unforgettable; base broth packed with Unami and accompanied with lots of herbs.

Did I mention the sliced fish meat was so tender and flaky; fresh to be exact. The cockles are boiled on point and paired amazingly well with their chili paste.

You MUST order the mud crab with roe that’s steamed with milk. The roe are just so heavenly done. Lastly, that gigantic river prawn is a MUST ORDER. Just look at that lumpy, juicy fresh looking prawn muscles in my posted video.

This place is absolutely amazing 👏. We came early (16:00) because we had heard they could get very busy and sell out of the fresh seafood. We've eaten a lot of seafood in Thailand, but the freshness and flavors here are second to none. The staff was very friendly and the food came quickly and hot. Easy to get to with ample parking. We will definitely be bringing our friends here. The rock lobsters 🦞 were incredible. The pan style omelet stuffed with crab 🦀 was just perfect. The oysters are local from here in Chanthaburi, and we're big sized and so fresh! I highly recommend you stop in and treat yourself to some delicious seafood. 5 stars for sure....

เรือนลำพู ไข่เจียวปูฟูใหญ่ รัญจวนทะเลอร่อยไม่ธรรมดา เป็นร้านบ้านๆที่มาจันทบุรีก็อยากแนะนำ

ร้านบ้านๆ ริมน้ำ โอเพ่นแอร์ เปิด 11.00 น. ก็เริ่มมีคนมาเต็มร้านแล้ว

ไข่กระปุกปู ไข่เจียวปูที่เป็นทรงซูเฟลเจียวในหม้อ ด้านในเนื้ออกผสมกรรเชียงเส้นๆ ใส่เยอะแน่นเลย อยากใช้คำว่าใส่มาจุกๆ แต่ใช้ไม่ได้เด่วโดนแซะอีก (555+) ปูหวานดี แม้จะไม่ได้มาเป็นกรรเชียงต่อนๆ แต่ภาพรวมคือเนื้อปูที่ได้คุณภาพ ไข่ผิวกรอบบางๆ ข้างในนุ่ม “อมน้ำมันในระดับรับได้” (ทรงนี้ถ้าไม่อมน้ำมันก็คือต้องใช้หม้อทอดไร้น้ำมันแหล่ะ ซึ่งก็จะไม่อร่อย ไม่ก็ต้องไปร้านเจ๊ไฝ)

ต้มส้มปลากะพง กะปิหอมนำมาเลย ไม่ส้มมาก แต่พอกะปิเค้าเด่นเลยสั่งรัญจวนทะเลมา

รัญจวนทะเล อร่อย Sassss กุ้งกรอบ หมึกนุ่ม ปลาสดเนื้อละเอียดดี กะปิดีมีชัยหนักมาก บาลานซ์เค็มเปรี้ยว หวาน ส่วนตัวชอบกว่าต้มส้ม

ปลากระพงทอด ไม่ใช่สไตล์ที่ชอบครับ แต่พรีเซนเทชั่นดี กรอบ

หมึกไข่ผัดไข่เค็มเป็นชุบแป้งทอดบางสไตล์คารามาลี่แล้วผัดซอสไข่เค็มกับน้ำพริกเผา อร่อยนะ เข้มข้นและหอมมมม

หมูสามชั้นทอด ทอดแห้งดี หนังเหนียวบ้างตามสไตล์สามชั้นทอดที่ไม่ใช่หมูกรอบ ข้อควรระวัง ทอดกระทะเดียวกันกับซีฟู๊ด คนแพ้อาหารทะเลแจ้งร้านก่อนเน่อ
