Koff House Coffee Bar & Eatery — Restaurant in Chanthaburi Province

Lovely coffee shop, but unfortunately, service is not good at all. Ordered breakfast, which came some 30 minutes after ordering. Fried egg, bacon and sausages were cold!! With our order, came two fried egg sandwiches which we did not order. We informed staff that we didnt order them. She asked if we wanted toast, and I confirmed to her that we wanted toast(in Thai). 20 minutes later, came the same sandwiches but toasted (and cold). When i told her we did not want them, she just laughed and walked off. Got the bill, only to find that these 4 egg sandwiches were included. When asked to speak to manager, staff just looked at each other and laughed. So we paid what we ordered and left....will never go back there again!! The only other customers at the time, also seemed to have problems with their order. Its a real shame, as the owner has spent alot of money doing up this lovely...

This coffee shop offers a mixed experience. The food quality, particularly the waffles, is average at best. The ice cream and cookies & cream flavors are somewhat underwhelming also Americano Yuzu is average for me. It's no taste of Yuzu at all. A bit disappointed.

However, the location is a definite plus. The shop boasts a spacious interior with air-conditioned seating and a lovely riverside view. While the prices are a bit on the higher side considering the food quality, the ambiance somewhat makes up for it. The large, air-conditioned space by the water is a nice touch. Their vegetarian dishes, as amusing as it may appear, are prepared with shrimp and chicken. Vegetarian soups and fried rice have shrimps everywhere. (We picked these two dishes from the VEGETERIAN options in their menu). The manager gave us a 10% reduction on the entire bill, which did not even cover the costs of the two dishes that were prepared incorrectly (we were asked to pay them even though they made a BIG mistake).
