บี่เฮียงโภชนา — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Pork steak with Chinese noodles and a green peppercorn sauce. Absolutely delicious, Seafood omelette with squid, shrimp, eggs and vegetables. We ate at this cute shop last night. Somehow my billfold fell out of my bag onto the floor, unnoticed by me. We left around 8:00 p.m. and went home. Later that night I went to get an info card out of my billfold. And could not find my billfold in my bag. I was confused so I looked around the bedroom, and around the living room, then I went out to the car and looked around the car, looked on the ground from the car to the house and search the house thoroughly. The Billfold was missing. It had about $200 us in Thailand money. But of course the valuables are my American driver's license my Thailand driver's license my Thailand motorcycle license my vaccine card and several credit cards. I prayed, and put my troubles in Jesus hands. Asked for forgiveness and guidance. Meditated and relaxed, during my meditation I realized it must be in the restaurant. Of course by now the restaurant is closed. So in the morning when the restaurant opened we called and sure enough they had found the billfold turned it into the manager and the manager put it in the safe. Now $200/ us is about 2 weeks salary for a poor tie Restaurant worker. Isn't it amazing the honesty and benevolence of the Thai people. Over and over again I'm amazed at their honesty and virtue. They refused to take a cash reward. So I put a substantial sum in the tip jar which is divided amongst all of the staff equally. ร้านปิด3ทุ่ม แต่เข้าไปตอนเข้าไป2ทุ่มครึ่ง พนังงานเอาเมนูมาที่โต๊ะแล้วบอกว่า ครัวปิด2ทุ่ม45 พออาหารมาเสิฟก็ทำผิดจากบะหมี่หยก เป็นข้าว พนังงานไม่อ่านเมนูให้ดี แล้วเอาใบจดรายการอาหารมายื่นให้ดู ว่าแล้วอันนี้คืออะไร? เป็นข้าวไม่ใช่หรอ? หลังจากนั้นพนังงานผู้หญิงก็เอาใบจดรายการมาอีกครั้ง ถามว่าจานนี้ลูกค้าเลือกอันไหน ก็ตอบ เห็ดกับเต้าหู้ทอดค่ะ พนังงานก็เถียงตอบว่า “มันเลือกได้อันเดียว หรือลูกค้าจะเอาทั้ง2อย่างคะ?” **ถ้าเลือกอันเดียว ก็คงเขียนไปแค่อันเดียว ไม่เข้าใจว่าพนังงานไม่เข้าใจ หรือไม่ตั้งใจอ่านรายการ แล้วมาทำให้เสียอารมณ์กันแน่ กว่าจะได้อาหารครบก็เกือบจะ3ทุ่ม แต่พอลูกค้าอีกท่านออกจากร้านปุ๊บ พนังงานก็เข้ามาเก็บจาน และปิดไฟบริเวณนั้นทันที ไม่ทราบว่าพนังงานในร้านไม่รู้หรอว่าการปิดไฟในขณะที่ลูกค้ายังอยู่เป็นการเสียมารยาทมาก ถ้าไม่ได้รักในการบริการก็ไม่ควรเป็นพนังงานนะคะ พนังงานก็มาเก็บเงินในขณะที่ยังทานข้าวไม่เสร็จ บอกว่า ขออนุญาตเก็บเงินก่อนนะคะ พอดีต้องทำบัญชี ทางเราก็เข้าใจว่ามันถึงเวลาปิดร้าน ยื่นบิลให้ แต่ไม่ได้บอกยอด เราก็ดู แล้วโอนไปตามบิล พนังงานถ่ายสลิปและอุทาน อ๊ะ แล้วดูบิลอีกรอบแล้วบอกว่า โอนมาเท่าไหร่นะคะ? ก็จ่ายตามบิล แล้วพนักงานก็อ่อค่ะ เป็นคนเก็บเงินแต่ไม่ดูยอดมาก่อนหรอ?? งานบริการของพนังงานร้านนี้โดยเฉพาะพนังงานผู้หญิง ให้ติดลบค่ะ ไม่เคยเจอร้านไหน บริการแย่ได้เท่านี้ ร้านทำอาหารให้ผิด แทนจะโทษตัวเองว่าทำไมไม่ดูดีๆ แต่กลับมาเร่งลูกค้า โดยการปิดไฟไล่ จากการกระทำทั้งหมด ไม่มีคำว่าขอโทษ หรือขอบคุณจากปากพนังงานเลยค่ะ...

Hidden gem for a pork lovers. Big portions, fair price, crispy pork is yummy. Keep in mind most of the dishes could be pretty spicy for a western case. Requests for less spicy works, but.. still spicy :). Anyway there is a great place if you into a crispy pork. Local style pastas...
