ร้านอาหาร@ริมกก พ.ศ.2554 เชียงราย — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

As of now I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service is incredibly rude, food shortages and flat beer that they are not willing to replace. It is quite disappointing considering I did enjoy the atmosphere this restaurant provided. In the future this restaurant may do better, but during the pandemic I urge to stay away.

ผมชอบร้านนี้มากเลยครับตอนแรก แต่หลังจากวันนี้ไม่อยากแนะนำให้ไปเลยครับ เพราะผมได้รับการบริการที่แย่มากครับ คนเสิร์ฟอาหารหน้าตึงมากครับคือผมจะสั่งอะไรเพิ่มหรือจะถามยังต้องรู้สึกเกรงใจ ทั้งที่ผมมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหารอย่างมีความสุข การพูดสีหน้าของเขาทำให้รู้สึกว่าไม่เต็มใจบริการ อีกอย่างถึงอาหารจะอร่อยแต่มาช้ามากครับ แถมยังเสิร์ฟข้าวเปล่าเป็นอันดับสุดท้าย ซึ่งผมรอแค่ข้าวครับถึงผมจะได้เริ่มกิน อีกประเด็นคือผมสั่งน้ำอัดลมแล้วมันไม่ซ่ารสชาติมันไม่ปกติ ผมเลยเรียกเขามาดู เขาบอกแล้วจะให้ทำอย่างไร คือผมต้องเป็นคนแก้ไขปัญหาหรอครับ? ความจริงคือควรต่อรองกันได้ หรือขอโทษแล้วให้ขวดใหม่มา(ขวดเก่าไม่ได้กินต่อเลย ชิมไปนิดเดียว) ซึ่งผมเองก็ต้องเป็นคนพูดครับว่า”ขอขวดใหม่ได้ไหมครับ” แล้วผมแอบคิดว่าเขาจะคิดเงินทั้ง2ขวดนั้นไหม สรุปว่าเขาคิดจริงแบบไม่หยวนๆกันเลยครับทั้งที่ไม่ใช่ความผิดของผม ประเด็นสุดท้ายคือเรื่องน้ำแข็ง คือผมจะตักใส่แก้วแล้วเขาบอกว่าให้ใส่ถังก็โอเค คือเขาคิดเหมารวมเป็นถัง ซึ่งอยากบอกว่าอึ้งกับราคามากครับ50บาท เกินไปนะครับกับสภาวะเศรษฐกิจแบบนี้ ช่วยได้ก็ช่วยกันนะครับอย่าเอาเปรียบลูกค้า เราชอบร้านคุณ อาหารอร่อย เราอยากเป็นลูกค้าที่ดีของคุณนะ แต่พอเจอแบบนี้ก็รู้สึกไม่แฮปปี้มื้อเย็นวันนี้เลยครับ...

Absolute Empfehlung! Man darf sich von Außen nicht abschrecken lassen. Hier wird man extrem herzlich empfangen und es wird sich sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Kunden umzusetzen. Mittels Übersetzungsapp (unbedingt notwendig wenn ihr nicht thailändisch sprecht) konnten wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Es gab ein kleines Verständigungsproblem sodass wir 4 Portionen bekommen haben (zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte) der Kern der Bestellung hat aber gepasst. Wir haben Bier dazu getrunken und von dem Hausherrn einen Schnaps bekommen (war sehr lecker und extrem lustig mit ihm).
